The following privacy statement explains which data Lovechock collects when you visit the company's website and other online-plattforms connected to Lovechock. In addition, it is explained for which purposes the collected data is used. We use the terms and definitions used in Article 4 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) for this privacy statement. Personal data means all information relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

You can access the website www.lovechock.com without identifying yourself or logging in. And we do not store any data.
4.1 Our newsletter
You can subscribe to the free newsletter on the website. When you request a newsletter, Lovechock B.V. will first send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided, which will ensure that you have actually subscribed to the newsletter. By clicking on the link of the confirmation mail in your mailbox, you agree to receive the newsletter regularly sent by Lovechock B.V. in the future. We value the dialogue with our customers and fans. We have therefore set up a contact form on our website for requests, criticism, suggestions and questions. Lovechock also processes personal data in the human resources area. Applications submitted by applicants to Lovechock B.V. via online portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn as well as by post or e-mail will always be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions on data protection. This data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after your application, if no recruitment as an employee follows and your data is consequently included in the employee database, or if you do not expressly agree to keep your application on presentation in order to come back to you in case of a later vacancy.
The data entered by you as well as supplementary documents will be processed and used exclusively for the application procedure. Only the persons involved in filling the respective vacancy - management, department head and personnel department - have access to your submitted data.

If you visit one of the Lovechock profiles on social networks - specifically Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter - and are thus on a third platform, we advise you to familiarize yourself with the data protection declarations and terms of use issued by them in order to understand how your personal data is processed there. In your user profile there, you can adjust the administration and use of your personal data according to your wishes.

4.5 Data for internal market and opinion research and advertising
We use your personal data only for internal market research and Advertising permitted by law. Newsletter subscribers regularly receive our free newsletter on the basis of their consent and can revoke their consent at any time. In case of a revoke even the data for consent will be deleted. You will just receive information about promotions and advertising by E-Mail, if for it an express consent was given. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
