Cacao is naturally rich in improtant nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, flavonoids (polyphenols), and last but not least "love chemicals". That's what we call the cacao's natural mood enhancers such as Tryptophan and Anandamide; also known as the bliss chemical. In order to keep our raw cacao close to nature, we process it as little as possible, leaving out a lot of the conventional chocolate processing steps.
